Section 1

General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between 55h8 ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member", "user").

These Terms apply to all services on the 55h8 platform — including online sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, card games, and other gaming services.

1.1 Applicability of Terms

By opening an account, logging in, placing bets, or using any service on the platform, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms. 55h8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.2 Applicable Law

All matters relating to these Terms will be governed by applicable international gaming laws and relevant regulations. It is solely the user's responsibility to ensure that online gaming is legal in their country or region.

Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Eligibility

To open an account and participate in any game on the 55h8 platform, users must be at least 21 years of age. 55h8 may request documents to verify age at the time of registration or at any point thereafter.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same name or using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If this policy is violated, 55h8 reserves the right to permanently close all associated accounts.

2.3 Accurate Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be completely truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate account closure, and any balance in the account may be forfeited.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

In the interest of security and fraud prevention, 55h8 may at any time request a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents to verify a user's identity. The platform reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

Account Security & Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your 55h8 account password and login details completely confidential. All activities carried out from your account — whether authorized or not — will be considered your responsibility.

• Do not give anyone else access to your account.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact [email protected] immediately.
• Use a strong, unique password and change it regularly.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on 55h8 is ৳100 (one hundred taka). The following payment methods are accepted:

• bKash — Mobile Banking
• Nagad — Mobile Banking
• Rocket — Mobile Banking
• Upay — Mobile Banking
• Bank Transfer — Major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank

Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Transactions from third-party accounts are not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Once a withdrawal request is approved, processing is generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method and account used for the deposit.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. Wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times.

5.2 Wagering Calculation

Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. In the example above, 10 times the ৳1,500 bonus = ৳15,000 must be wagered.

5.3 Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own specific terms — please read the relevant terms before accepting an offer.
• A bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to a third party.
• 55h8 reserves the right to forfeit bonuses and related winnings in cases of suspected bonus abuse.
• Expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.

5.4 VIP Program

55h8's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.5%), Gold (up to 0.8%), and Platinum (up to 1.0%). Cashback and VIP benefits are granted at the platform's discretion and may change at any time.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

55h8 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and transparent results across all games. No artificial manipulation is applied to determine game outcomes.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed in the game window. 55h8 reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.

6.3 Technical Errors

55h8 reserves the right to void any abnormal outcome caused by a technical error, disconnection, or software bug. In such cases, the staked amount will generally be refunded.

6.4 Sports Betting

Declared results in sports betting markets will be considered final. If a match or event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.

Section 7

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any other purpose of processing illegal funds.
• Abusing the bonus system or collecting bonuses through artificial means.
• Using bots, scripts, or automation software to influence game outcomes.
• Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage.
• Intentionally exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform.
• Using fraudulent or stolen payment information.
• Operating multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward platform staff.

Section 8

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the 55h8 platform's logo, design, software, game content, text, and all other materials belong to 55h8 or its licensors.

Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, publicly display, or use any content from the platform for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Content from game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, and Spribe remains the property of the respective companies.

Section 9

Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

55h8 strives to provide uninterrupted service at all times, but the service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances. The platform is not liable for any loss arising from such situations.

9.2 Third Parties

55h8 is not directly liable for any issues caused by a fault of a game provider or payment provider, but will assist in resolving the problem.

9.3 User Decisions

The decision to place bets on the platform is entirely the user's own. Any financial loss from gaming is the user's own responsibility. 55h8 provides responsible gaming tools but does not accept liability for a user's personal financial outcomes.

Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Platform Rights

55h8 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of the Terms.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to verify identity.
• Violation of applicable laws.

10.2 User Rights

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any pending bonus wagering or verification matters will be resolved before the account is closed.

10.3 Balance Refund

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, bonus balances and related winnings may be forfeited. However, legitimate deposited real funds will generally be returned, subject to investigation.
